By placing an order with Site SEO, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.
Definitions:
The Client: The company or individual requesting the services of Site SEO.
Aussie Web Tech: Primary designer/site owner & hereinafter referred to as the Company.
The Company agrees to provide the Client with Search Engine Optimization services (hereinafter referred to as SEO). The Client agrees to pay the Company fees as per the “SEO Packages” relating to the package provided by the company.
For the purposes of providing the SEO services, the Client agrees to authorize the Company to make use of the Client’s logos, trademarks, slogans, images, videos, audio clip and written resources. The Client confirms that all elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to the Company for inclusion on the website above are owned by the Client, or that the Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use each of the elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend the Company and its subcontractors from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements.
Aussie Web Tech's SEO Services will include:
- Researching keywords and phrases to select appropriate, relevant search terms
- Obtaining “back links” from other related websites and directories in order to generate link popularity and traffic
- Editing and/or optimization of text for various html tags, Meta data, page titles, and page text as necessary
- Analysis and recommendations on optimal website structure, navigation, code, etc. for best SEO purposes.
- Recommend, as required, additional web pages or content for the purpose of “catching” keyword/phrase searches.
- Create traffic and ranking reports for the website and any associated pages showing rankings in the major search engines.
For the purposes of receiving professional SEO services, Client agrees to provide the following:
- Administrative/backend access to the website for analysis of content and structure.
- Client agrees to give FTP access to the website, Permission to communicate directly with any third parties, e.g., your web designer, if necessary.
- The process of the optimisation (SEO) would'nt start unless and until the client provides the FTP access to the website.
- Unlimited access to existing website traffic statistics for analysis and tracking purposes.
- A www.betterviewpropertyservices.com.au email address for the purposes of requesting links (something like link@clientwebsite.com.au)
- Authorization to use client pictures, logos, trademarks, web site images, pamphlets, content, etc., for any use as deemed necessary by Aussie Web Tech for search engine optimization purposes.
The Client acknowledges the following with respect to the SEO services provided by the Company:
- The Company has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future.
- The Client’s site may be excluded from any directory at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory. The Company will resubmit those pages that have been dropped from the index.
- Occasionally, search engines will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason. Often listings will reappear without any additional submissions.
- The Company will not be held responsible for any impact on the Client’s business that might occur as a result of exclusion from any directory or dropping off in listings on any search engine.
- Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms and other competitive factors, the Company does not guarantee ranking positions for any particular keyword, phrase or search term.
- Search engines vary in their timing taken to list submissions. Some search engines and directories may take as long as 3 to 6 months and in some cases even longer.
- Aussiewebtech optimizes the client's website for the keywords provided and Aussie Web tech might take up to 6-8 working months to get the keywords on the first page depending on the keywords competition.
- Keywords or phrases suggested by the Client on the “SEO Sign Up”, need to be related to the website textual content.
- The Company is not responsible for changes made to the web site or the overwriting of its SEO work, by other parties. These changes might adversely affect the search engine rankings of the Client’s web site.
Payment of Accounts:
- A deposit of 50% of the actual SEO package is required from any new client before any work is carried out. It is the Aussie Web Tech policy that any outstanding accounts for work carried out by Aussie Web Tech are required to be paid in full, no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement with Aussie Web Tech.
- Once a deposit is paid and work completed you are obliged to pay the balance of payment in full. We will contact clients via email and telephone to remind them of such payments if they are not received when due.
- If accounts are not settled or Aussie Web Tech have not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related website may be denied and web pages will be removed. And furthur Legal Actions would be taken against the Client.
- Aussie Web Tech reserves the rights of refunds and deposits and there is no refunds whatsoever once the Projects are initiated.
- The client enters the contract of seo, Once the letter of
contract is sent from AUSSIE WEB TECH and also once the initial
payment is done.
- There is no refund policy.
